Lazar Lazovic was an international student from Serbia studying at Drexel University and living on-campus at the time of this interview. This interview touches on how COVID-19 impacted Lazar Lazovic's cooperative education experience and the class substitution option for a cancelled cooperative education placement. Lazar Lazovic describes financial impacts, including funding opportunities from Drexel. Lazar Lazovic also shares what it was like as an international student during the pandemic. This interview shares thoughts on how the United States responded to the pandemic and compares how Serbia and Philadelphia handled COVID-19. Lazar Lazovic describes supporting local businesses and ordering from restaurants during a pandemic. This interview also discusses how COVID-19 affected training for Drexel's rowing team, in addition to working out while maintaining health safety precautions.

This interview was conducted during HNRS 301: COVID-19, taught by Scott Knowles during summer quarter 2020. The interview is divided into two sections due to an interruption during the interview.
