Vincent shares how the United Stated could look to other countries to support the economic and social consequences of COVID-19 and describes policies that the government has, or should have, adopted. This interview discusses how universities have responded to COVID-19 and the potential for returning to campus. Possible longterm effects of the pandemic are considered, including increased visibility of structural and underlying factors of health and new forms of care and solidarity.
