Description

This cordial glass from John Rozet Drexel’s yacht, Sultana, is etched with a motif of two crossed flags tied with a ribbon. The flags are the New York Yacht Club’s burgee and John Rozet Drexel's private signal flag, as seen in color on the other Sultana dishes. Below the flags are the initials “J.R.D.” for John Rozet Drexel. There is a chip in the rim of the glass.
