Ngan (Kim) Tran was a student at Drexel University at the time of this interview. This interview discusses when Ngan Tran realized the severity of COVID-19, reflecting on the cooperative education experience at Comcast toward the beginning of the pandemic. This interview describes the impact of the pandemic on cooperative education, study abroad, and classes. Ngan Tran also discusses staying calm and motivated during a time of uncertainty, discussing some of the stressors and sharing recommendations. This interview touches on some of the opportunities presented to Ngan Tran during the pandemic. This interview concludes with thoughts on how Ngan Tran will prepare for the new normal.
